Welcome to my cookie kitchen! Each week, I will take the basic recipe for a cookie favorite, and make alterations to the recipe week by week for one month. At the end of the month, a new recipe will be selected, and the tinkering will start all over again! Suggestions for the cookie of the month are welcome.
